Henry Stapp Material

I have been involved with discussions on the relevance of the quantum duality to religion. My colleage Henry Stapp is one of the foremost thinkers regarding the relevance of quantum mechanics to metaphysical issues, so I have shifted his material from the Science & Spirit Work Group to here. He has a most interesting and important point of view.

Henry has just written an article on Quantum Interactive Dualism. In my opinion it has strong relevance to the science/religion dialog.

The outline Quantum Theory and Human Freedom  and the Science and Theology News version is for Henry's presentation of  how the three process of quantum theory enable human free will and subjectivity.

Henry has written a book, "The Mindful Universe" on a new way of understanding the connection of mind to body, based on conventional quantum mechanics. The preamble and table of contents presents an overview of his ambitious project. The very last section of the book is an Appendix "A Whiteheadian-Type Model" that relates standard quantum theory to Whitehead's ontology. This is an important connection because of Whitehead's thinking being the basis of progressive process theology.
